Policies & Procedures

If you are sick notify your stylist to reschedule your appointment, For questions Regarding re-scheduling or canceling appointments, please refer to the cancellation policy. Clients will be allowed one rescheduled appointment with the applied deposit upon booking, any canceled appointments there after will be required to pay another deposit fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please leave a message in the contact us section if you have any additional questions. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.

Hair Guidelines

Hair must be 3-5 Inches all the way around with No Thinning or Problem areas. Please do not blunt cut hair prior to service. Messy parts are recommended for thin or fine hair. Hair must be washed and blow-dried prior to appointment, but not freshly relaxed, texturized, or with any added products. Additional charges may apply if hair does not meet the hair guidelines expectations on the day of the appointment. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions regarding take down services, or if you desire a consultation. There will be an additional charge for colored hair. Please notify me directly if hair is dyed prior to appointment. Ukbraidz Inc. has the right to decline services to anyone that does not meet these guidelines.
